Steve received his BS in Physical Therapy from Northeastern University, and his M. Ed. in Special Education from Rhode Island College. His Clinical Affiliations were at Tufts N.E. Medical Center, Boston's Children Hospital, and Rhode Island Hospital. In 1977, he founded Lepre Physical Therapy.

George received his BS in Health Services Administration from Providence College and his MBA in Management from Bryant College. He has been the Chief Operating Office for Lepre Physical Therapy since 2002.
